These are things Danny has done & still does in his spare time. For the past 10 years music has been the sole source of income for Danny and will definitly continue to be so for the rest of his life if the good Lords willing. Whether he "Makes it" or not. Danny won 1989 Talent search at the White River Hoe-Down in Mountain View Arkansas. $ 250.00 and a one song demo deal. He sang an original song that he had written " All Alone and Lonely". Start of the Danny Baty Band. They started playing every venue that would let them play.
1991
Recorded first independent album titled " All Alone and Lonely ". Danny wrote all the songs except one. The album was a huge success locally and to this day continues to sell copies.
1992
Recieved Readers Choice Awards for Best Country and Best Rock Band ( two separate awards ) in Jackson County, Ar. by readers poll in the Newport Daily Independent. House Band at the King of Clubs ( Bob Kings ) in Swifton Arkansas for the next four years.
1993
Opening act for Country Star Mike Reid at the Northeast Arkansas district Fair. Danny impressed Mike so much that he called him on his bus to talk to him about his music, for him not to give up because he had what it took. Played for Arkansas State Fair Board in Hot Springs Arkansas in the Centennial Ball Room. Showcased at Gilleys in Nashville Tennessee . Several Independent labels have wanted to sign Danny but have not offered an appropriate deal package.
1995
Recorded new album, all original songs, titled " Fire ". Still selling with great success. Showcased at 12th & Porter in Nashville Tn. Still the House Band at the King of Clubs in Swifton until December. Took a break from the band and moved to Nashville Tn. for a short period.
1997
House Band at the Landmark in Paragould Arkansas. Drawing huge crowds from several states. Still writing, still singing, still performing, still trying to make it all work.

A tight band with a great deal of flexibility . Enjoyed by everyone who hears them. Call anyone on the list of places they've played and they'll tell you the same. Type of music Played: Top 40 country and some top 40 rock and pop. Old rock, i.e: Bob Seger, Lynyrd Skynyrd, C.C.R.,and own originals, which he recieves numerous request for. Excellent shows. Danny interacts with all crowds no matter what the kind. He has been referred to as the Garth Brooks of the Honky-Tonks by local newspapers and everyone who knows and has seen him perform.
